Calling All History Makers. Are YOU Someone Destined To Make A Difference? Who are we? Living Success Christian Centre was incorporated as a Christian ministry on June 30th 2003. Since that time our focus has been to develop a National and International preaching & teaching radio program. The program, “Helping YOU Become” is now heard on over 250 radio stations around Australia. The program is broadcast by KNOW Ministries in the USA and is now heard in over 190 countries globally. Church Plant Ps. Joe Armstrong, Senior Pastor of Living Success Christian Centre, sensed a release by God to start to plan and plant churches. IN January of 2006 we commenced with out first service at Rutherford, we have just celebrated our 1st birthday of the first church plant. Radio has been the dominant outworking of the ministry and will continue to be an expanding important focus. The call to plant churches is the next phase in the increase of this ministry. The Lower Hunter is where our Ministry Head Office is located with Churches to be planted geographically as the Lord leads. Strategy Our intention is to gather together with like-minded, committed people and thoroughly plan a church. The focus will be to empower and equip them to eventually be the leaders of the various departments of a church before we actually “go public” and open the doors of the church. We envisage a lead time of around 18-24 months for this preparatory phase. During this time, we will be having specific training on aspects of Biblical Leadership, Church Planting, Faith, Covenant, Prayer, Healing etc… Once a solid, trained leadership and organisational infrastructure is properly in place… then we “go public”! Please note: We do intend to plant what will ultimately be a powerful, large church (perhaps comprised of churches) in the Hunter Region and beyond, recognising that “the quality of our preparation determines the quality of our performance”! We will look closely at discovering and developing each individual’s unique gifts, callings and talents and maturing them so as to equip you for possible future leadership roles within the church. This is often not the “usual” way to plant churches. Children’s children We believe it is a God directed plan for the Living Success Christian Centre Ministry to forge ahead and build a church that will affect not only our current generation but will have a multi generational influence at least to our children’s children. With this solid foundation we fully expect those future generations to take the ministry on to further generational increases, blessing the nations and their communities as they honour and serve the Lord. Who are we looking for? - YOU! No matter what you think your particular calling may be we need them all. From pastors and teachers to door greeters, prison ministers and admin support. Cleaners, evangelists, ushers and singers and those with the gift of hospitality, to name just a few. All have a place in the church, no one service gift is more important than another. Many people do not wish to lead, preferring to serve behind the scenes. It is our intention to carefully educate and train those people whom God brings along. All will be given the opportunity to locate just where they fit in! Would you like to hone your pioneering spirit within? Would you just love to be involved with a planned, long-term ministry vision “from the start”? Are you interested in more than just “pew warming”?
